Discount Scheme

Because MSE runs on wholesale, you can only have a discount if your total gross single purchased amount is worth P3,000 and up. The total gross single purchase may come from the products you purchased, for example, shoes, apparel, bags and wallets.

Discount Levels

We have two discounting levels. The first level is 27% and the second level is 40%. Before you acquire our 40% discount from the 27% discount that you have, your paid-in sales should first reach P50,000 in a 30-calendar day period or 1 month. If your discount level upgrades to the second level, which is 40%, it will not go down to 27% anymore.

Additional Incentives

Not only automatic discounts, you will also have additional incentives as an MSE dealer in rebate form. These incentives are the Wholesaler Incentives and the Service Center Incentives. The amount that is in these incentives depends on your paid-in sales within a month. When you have bigger paid-in sales, your incentives will increase. Incentives are given on the 10th day of every other month.

Wholesaler Incentives

There are two levels of required paid-in sales for Wholesalers’ Incentives. Here they are:

Paid-in Sales within 1 month Incentive
P50,000 – below P100,000 1%
P100,000 – below P200,000 2%


Service Center Incentive

There are four levels of required paid-in sales for Service Center Incentives. Here they are:

Paid-in Sales within 1 month Incentive
P200,000 – below P300,000    5%
P300,000 – below P400,000 6%
P400,000 – below P500,000 7%
P500,000 and above 8%


Credit Line

You can acquire a credit line in MSE only if your paid-in sales reached P10,000 or more than P10,000.

There are two levels for our credit line and the amount and the terms of our credit line depends on your total paid-in sales. The following are the levels that you can get for your credit line:

PI – Paid-in Sales

Level 2 Above P50,000 50% of PI  60 days

You need to issue post-dated checks before you avail this credit line and the post-dated checks should be cleared first before it can be considered as a part of your paid-in sales.


Lifetime Commission

You will have a 2% lifetime commission if you’ll be able to recruit new dealers for MSE or you have dealers that want to break away from your network of dealers and directly start a business with MSE.  The 2% lifetime commission is based on the paid-in sales of new dealers that is recruited by you or the paid-in sales of those who broke away from your network of dealers and became directly connected to MSE.

In order to qualify for the 2% recruitment incentive:

  1. You should have P10,000 net personal paid-in sales at the end of the month.
  2. You should also have consolidated paid-in sales of all your recruits at then end of the month. Even if some of your recruits didn't reach the P10,000 paid-in sales, it can be consolidated.
  3. After consolidating the paid-in sales of your recruits, you can now avail of the recruitment incentives on ot before the 10th of each month.

Return and Exchange

Returning and exchanging products for a new one is allowed only within 60 days from the date of your purchase. You can exchange the same items for another size and another color. You can also exchange items that are different from what you ordered but the items should be in good shape. We will accept the items that will be returned to MSE or will be exchanged in MSE only if the said items are unused and its plastic or carton is not tapered. Don’t forget to bring the Purchase Order (PO) of your items if you’re going to return it or exchange it.

We are also reminding everyone that there are items that we cannot accept if exchanged or returned, and these are intimate apparel, socks and consumable products like Sun Soft.

Service Center

Before you can apply for an MSE Service Center, your paid-in sales should be at least P200,000 every month within 2 months or the whole P400,000 for 2 months.

As a Service Center, you will have the following:

Lighted MSE signage Single or Double Face Panaflex.
Exclusivity You’ll only be the MSE Service Center within 1 kilometer from where your Service Center is situated.
Flooring stocks You can buy items amounting to the 50% of your average paid-in sales in a period of 3 months and the terms are 90-day.
Surety You can suretize or guarantee the purchases of your network of dealers from up to 50% of your average paid-in sales in the previous three months.
